Landfill Leachate

Kauri Park have several systems used in treatment of Landfill leachate.

All of the systems are over-performing. Kauri Park uses plant species that can tolerate large influxes of chemicals and hydrocarbons. These species also survive and operate in extremely variable PH effluent.

Two of our landfill ponds in New Zealand are being constantly monitored and data is available from these site for sizing. The technology can also be configured to incorporate carbon- filled modules which would would usually be placed at the inflow of a treatment train in a Landfill leachate situation.
